In this small group format, safety and group norms will be prioritized in order
to build the container for clinicians to explore the beliefs, experiences and
emotions that contribute to challenging clinical moments. Process-experiential
interventions will be used to support co-regulation, emerging insights and
opportunities to repair painful clinical experiences.

INFORMATION

This group will be held online and is intended for therapists in their first 1-3 years since graduation from a master’s program. All eight sessions will be two hours in length and cost 100$/session. Sessions will take place every second week from 9:30 – 11:30 beginning February 22 with a pause over Spring Break.

Reviews

“Laura’s supervision group has been immensely freeing, empowering and reparative for me. Being unconditionally held and accepted in my experiences has allowed me to deepen my understanding of my clients, my Self and this profound work we call therapy.”

“Laura leads the group mindfully, gently, and compassionately to process, move through, and gain strategies for the extra-sticky stuff we experience as counselling practitioners. The group dynamic is vital to this process, as we connect and experience alike!”

“This group provides what every new counsellor needs – safety to explore different issues as a new counsellor, camaraderie, empathy, and community. This group has been an invaluable experience to growing more into who I am as a counsellor.”
