Welcome! I am a first-generation immigrant, and my first language is Mandarin. I work primarily with youth, adults, and couples, specializing in anxiety, depression, people-pleasing tendencies, relationship issues, intergenerational trauma, and navigating life transitions. With six years of experience as a crisis hotline responder, I’ve supported individuals in crisis and those experiencing suicidal ideation.

Do you find it difficult to identify or express your feelings? Do you avoid conflict, even at the expense of your own needs? Are you constantly running out of energy, feeling overwhelmed by day-to-day tasks? Do you feel stuck in procrastination, unable to move forward despite a desire to do more? Do you wish to make meaningful changes in your life but feel unsure where to start?

As we grow up, our environment shapes how we adapt and navigate the world. To cope with challenges, we often develop strategies that help us survive and feel safe. While these behaviors may have served us well in childhood, they can become barriers to living authentically as adults. Through counselling, my goals are to help you uncover the purpose behind your anxiety and depression symptoms, regain self-compassion, gain clarity about the steps forward, enter fulfilling relationships, and learn tools to take actionable steps toward living more authentically.

I use a holistic, trauma-informed, somatic, and relational approach. Together, we’ll explore the signals from your body and mind to better understand your unique experiences. I approach my clients with curiosity, warmth, and empathy, while also providing gentle challenges to help you grow when needed.

If you are feeling stuck, uncertain, anxious, or lost, or if you are looking for a listening ear to help lighten your burden, I invite you to reach out to me for a consultation. I look forward to meeting you!
