Calming the Body and Mind Group

This 6-week group is designed for those looking for greater connection and resources. We will be focusing on strategies that support mind and body through periods of stress and uncertainty – with the goals of becoming more embodied and emotionally regulated.

This group aims to build community & connection, and provide tools to navigate feelings of being overwhelmed and isolated, all while focusing on the strengths and resiliences that we innately possess and sharing this wisdom with one another.
