This group is intended for: Clinicians working in solo practice or as contractors/employees in a larger group practice.
In this 6-session conversation, we will:

Reflect on: ‘what comes next for me?’

Audit the values that live at the foundation of our private practices

Assess our strengths – what is working – and areas where we find ourseelves stuck

Explore how our own patterns can be limiting us and leaving us unclear about how we want to grow as therapists in business
By the end, participants will:

Embody a greater sense of confidence in themselves and their abilities to lead

Have clarity on their values and how being in alignment with those influences their decision making process

Have a greater understanding of how leadership skills create greater congruence between the business and the clinical

Be a part of a community of support alongside other private practitioners navigating similar challenges and with similar questions
