This three-part series aims to open our minds and expand our appreciation for creating wellness and well-being in our lives amidst all the trauma and uncertainty of a pandemic stricken world. Each of the three presenters will bring their unique perspectives on the current state of the world and ways in which we can make meaning and find healing. A small breakout group discussion will follow the presentation led by one of Shoreline’s Clinical Counsellors. This series is free of charge and will take place on Zoom.
