This group is a combination of psycho-ed and process experiential interventions to support the unique unfolding of the experience of grief. A new topic will be highlighted each week, Topics include:
What is “normal” grief?
Our bodies in grief
Models for grief and self-judgment that may arise

Laura Bull, M.A., RCC:
Laura’s greatest therapeutic passion is running groups, as a result of the immersive and transformational nature of bringing people together in a way that promotes healing and change. She has run dozens of groups over the years and was honoured to spend several years training RCCs and Psychologists across Canada in providing group therapy to veterans and first responders. She currently runs process experiential groups on a variety of topics.
Nikolina Rikert M.Ed, RCC:
Nikolina is a registered clinical counsellor and a clinical fellow at Shoreline Counselling. She enjoys working with clients as they navigate relationships, transitional periods in life and loss. She has experience working with couples, young adults, individuals navigating grief and has run psychoeducational groups on parenting, and self-empowerment for youth.
