- Our bodies in grief
- Models for grief and self-judgment that may arise
- Navigating changes
- Guilt and regret
- Making meaning
Laura Bull, M.A., RCC:
Laura’s greatest therapeutic passion is running groups, as a result of the immersive and transformational nature of bringing people together in a way that promotes healing and change. She has run dozens of groups over the years and was honoured to spend several years training RCCs and Psychologists across Canada in providing group therapy to veterans and first responders. She currently runs process experiential groups on a variety of topics.
