Join us for a 3-week online group for children ages 9 to 12!

Led by Candice Birch and Gabby Bath

This group is designed to help children understand and manage their emotions during Covid-19. Through a combination of talk-therapy and art-therapy, Gabby and Candice will encourage participants to express their unique perspectives in developmentally appropriate ways. Our group discussions will cover the effects of physical-distancing, Covid-19, and online schooling. Children will learn strategies and tools to more effectively regulate their brains and bodies during times of uncertainty. Gabby and Candice will work to create a safe and supportive environment for children to build connections with their peers, validate one another, and enhance resiliency.

Cost is by donation, with a suggested donation of $20. All proceeds go to Langley Memorial Hospital
