This free 6-week online group is designed for those looking for greater connection and resources. We will be focusing on strategies that support mind and body through periods of stress and uncertainty – with the goals of becoming more embodied and emotionally regulated. This group aims to build community and connection, and provide tools to navigate feelings of being overwhelmed and isolated, all while focusing on the strengths and resiliences that we innately possess and sharing this wisdom with one another.
